The coach, Comps' paid sources and AI reading, and generated photos all run on credits. One credit is one cent. Uploads, stock photos and everything else in Aucta are free.
Every month
Starter comes with 1,000 credits a month. They go back to 1,000 on the first of each month (midnight UTC), and what was left does not roll over. The Credits page says the day.
Buying more
Extras cost a quarter more per credit than the month's: 800 credits for $10, 2,000 for $25 or 4,000 for $50. They are spent only once the month's credits are gone, and they end with the month you bought them in -- buy what the month needs, not a stock for later. Credits staff give "until spent" do not end.
You pay on Stripe's own page. Aucta never sees your card. The receipt comes from Stripe.
What spends them
What things cost: a generated photo a few credits; a Comps search a few, more when the sources have to be asked fresh; a coach answer one or two, more for a long one. The button tells you before you press it.
Opening a page never spends credits. Every charge is something you pressed.
The Credits page lists every charge with what it was for and what it cost.
When they run out
A coach answer that is already running is never cut off, so the last one can take you a little past zero. Paid tools then wait until the month resets or until you buy more; everything else keeps working.
Limits
You can run 200 Comps searches in a day. After that, paid sources and AI reading come back tomorrow; your own and pooled sales still show. When a search needs more credits than you have free, buy more on the Credits page.
Photos
A generated image takes between six and fifteen seconds. A refused one costs nothing. Uploads are yours, and the best kind. Stock photos are royalty-free from Pexels; the photographer is credited under each. Start the description from your title; for stock photos, these words are what we search for.
