Aucta is one sidebar of tools, a bar along the top, and the coach in the corner of every page.
The sidebar
The tools sit in four groups: Source Product, Manage Inventory, Plan Shows and Grow Profit. One group is open at a time; opening a page in another group opens that group instead. Home is at the top, and the coach just under it.
A tool your plan does not include yet is still shown, greyed, with the plan that has it. A tool your role in the business does not include is not shown at all -- the owner chose that for you.
On a phone the sidebar is a drawer behind the menu button at the top left.
Top right: the gear, the question mark and you
- The gear opens your account: your profile, security, the business, its people, credits and connections. "Your account and your people" has the detail.
- The question mark opens this help centre.
- Your initials open a menu with your credit balance, the businesses you belong to (to switch between them), any invitation waiting for you, and Sign out.
On a phone, Account and Help move into that menu.
The coach, from any page
The round button at the bottom right opens the coach beside the page you are on. It knows which page that is, so "what does this mean?" is a fair question. "Full size" takes the conversation to the coach's own page, where your earlier conversations are; "Minimise" puts it away. The coach spends credits; asking it a question is the only thing the button does that costs anything.
Light and dark
Aucta follows your computer's setting: light in the day, dark at night if that is how your computer is set. There is no switch inside Aucta.
Walkthroughs
Each tool shows a short walkthrough the first time you open it. "Skip the whole tour" closes it, and "No more tours" stops them all. "Show me around", in a tool's header, plays that tool's walkthrough again.
Loading
A grey outline of the page shows while it loads. Nothing you see in that moment is a figure; the numbers arrive with the page.
