A business is active, suspended or closed. Anything but active and signing in shows one screen instead of Aucta, with the business's name and why.
Why a business is suspended
A suspension always says why, and the screen's sentence follows the reason:
- Skool -- "Your Skool membership is inactive. Reactivate it to unlock Aucta." Aucta's access comes with the course; when the membership is active again, staff's next check of the member list opens the business again.
- A plan change -- "This business's plan no longer includes Aucta."
- The owner asked -- "This business is suspended at its owner's request."
- Anything else -- "This business is suspended." Staff will have told the owner why.
A closed business says "This business is closed."
While a business is suspended or closed, nobody in it can see or change its rows -- not through Aucta's pages and not through its data either. They are kept, not deleted.
What you can do from that screen
- Get help -- the help centre, and support@getaucta.com.
- Switch to any other business you belong to that is active.
- Sign out.
The owner gets an email when a business is suspended or made active again.
