Everything about you and your business is in one place: the gear at the top right, or Account in the menu. It has three parts.

A part your plan does not include is shown greyed; a part your role does not include is left out.
Your profile
What staff see beside your claims, and how they find you in Skool to arrange payment.
Your time zone is here too: every time in Aucta is shown in it.
Your email is also what you sign in with, so changing it has to be confirmed by email. Ask staff in Skool and they will sort it.
Two-step sign-in
Two-step sign-in asks for a six-digit code from an app on your phone as well as your password. Turn it on under Security. Staff must have it; for everyone else it is a choice, and a good one. Staff and admins enter the code every time they sign in, before any page opens, and can see and remove the devices they asked Aucta to remember under Security.
The business
Everything in Aucta belongs to a business: the shelf, the shows, the sales and the figures. You may belong to more than one, and the menu switches between them.
A business needs a name, and Start here asks for one first if it has none. The Business page shows the name, your role and how many people are in it. You can leave a business there, unless it is your only one or you are its owner.
People and roles
Everyone in a business shares it. What it owns, they all see -- the same shelf, the same shows, the same numbers.
Somebody who helps on show nights or keeps the books can be added, and they see the same shelf you do. They are invited by email; nobody joins a business without accepting.
Each person has a role, and the role decides what they can open and change:
- Owner -- everything the business has. Every business has exactly one owner. Ownership moves only through staff.
- Manager -- every tool, and adding and removing people, but not buying credits or renaming the business. Anyone invited is a Manager unless you choose otherwise.
- Lister -- Home, inventory, shows, the eBay finder, Comps, the coach and their own profile. No deleting lots, no planning shows, no people, no credits.
- View only -- can open every tool except the coach, and change nothing at all.
- A role of your own -- start from one of the above, change what it holds, and give it a name. It can never hold more than your plan includes, or more than you hold yourself.
Whoever manages people can change anyone's role except the owner's.
Connections
Where Aucta links to the places you already sell. Connect one and the numbers come to you instead of you typing them in. Bring your sales in automatically, so your shelf and your profit keep themselves up to date.
Tools that are not open yet
It is not open yet. Nothing is required from you now -- it will simply appear when it is ready, and it gets announced in Skool.
Signing in
Put in the email you sign in with and we will send a link to choose a new password. It works once.
