The shelf
This is where everything you own lives, with what you actually paid for it.
Sourced something yourself? Start with that: put in what the invoice said and how many items it bought, by hand, by barcode, or from a file.
Press "It arrived" when a box lands. That moves it onto your shelf and tells the team it got to you.
A lot's record
Open a lot to manage it: its details, units coming in and going out, its comps, its history and Delete are all there, and the ⋯ at the end of a row does the quick ones.
If you add something already on your shelf, Aucta asks whether to add the units to that lot or start a new one -- adding to it keeps one SKU.
Adding stock
Came from: bought it yourself. Optional photo -- a photo makes the shelf and the show plan readable. You can add more later on the lot's own page.
Photos on a lot
The first one is what the shelf and the show builder show. Drag is not needed -- use Make it first, or move one earlier or later.
