Draft -- not yet in force
Terms of use
These terms will set out what Aucta is, what it is not, and what each of us is responsible for. The points below are what the final text is expected to cover; they are headings for the lawyer, not the agreement.
- Aucta records what you own, what it cost and what it sold for. Projected profit is a projection, never a promise, and every figure says whether it is actual or estimated.
- Aucta takes no payments. A claim on the Wholesale Desk is a reservation; payment is arranged with staff outside the app.
- Images you generate are yours, made from the title you gave, and you are responsible for how they are used (the seller indemnifies Aucta -- Caton's decision, 22 September 2026).
- Your Whatnot reports are yours. Aucta keeps what it needs to show your figures and discards the buyer details in them.
- How an account ends, and what happens to its records when it does.
This page is a placeholder. The final text is being written by Aucta's lawyer and will replace it before anyone outside The Mick Vault signs up.
